In memory of Mom on Mother’s Day
Personal Story
This will be the first Mother’s Day since my Mom passed away last June. This year she would have been a 20 year breast cancer survivor. I’m not a mother, and due issues related to the BRCA2 gene mutation, I will never be a mother. Celebrating our strength and Mom’s survivorship on Mother’s Day was part of our tradition. In her memory, I'm raising money for Force: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered - to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.
