NCT03579316: Adavosertib With or Without Olaparib in Treating Patients With Recurrent Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancer. This studies how well adavosertib with or without olaparib work in patients with ovarian cancer that has come back (recurrent).
